TheBalm and the Beautiful Look #1
Here's the first look I came up with playing using theBalm and the beautiful palette (you can see pics and info HERE). I decided to use the deep purple and taupe to make a slightly cool toned smokey look!
Products:
Face:
Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer in Nude & Sand (mixed)
Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage
Laura Mercier Translucent powder
Mac Refined Golden Bronzer
theBalm Cabana Boy Blush
Anastasia Brow Powder in Brunette
Eyes:
Mac Painterly Paint Pot
theBalm "brain surgeon" "guy who died but didn't really die" "basket case" (all from "thebalm and the beautiful" palette)Mac Brule
Essence London Baby Gel Liner
Make Up For Ever Smokey Lash (trying to use up this sample. i prefer my covergirl lashblast much more!)
Lips:
thebalm Evil Twin
tiny bit of revlon colorburst lipgloss in orchid
These shadows are really, really pretty. i wish the camera picked up how nicely they appear in person (they show up a lot more). Only thing I have to say after playing with them a bit more is that you have to remember to not over blend or they can turn a bit muddy. I sincerely love these shadows though and will definitely post more looks soon!
"Basket Case" all over lid, "Guy who died..." in crease and lightly over lid, "Brain Surgeon" on outer v, Mac Brule to highlight |
